How it Works

The basic concept of Collage Painter is similar to working with stencils: there's a stationary Canvas, and a floating stencil called the Top Layer.
Top Layer hovers over the Canvas.
During painting, the contents of the Top Layer is transfered to the Canvas. The Top Layer can be moved freely around the Canvas, scaled, rotated, flipped, tinted with colors, and loaded with any image.
Painting copies the contents of the Top Layer to the Canvas.
